The Order can be cancelled by contacting us. If the order is cancelled before shipment, then total amount is refunded. If the order is cancelled after shipment, then the item needs to be returned back, before the refund can be processed. After the item is returned back, total amount excluding shipping charges is refunded.
The refund may take 5-10 working days to reflect in the customer's bank account or card balance.
